I created this decoration for the new Hong Kong Chaumet store. You can also see one of the sketch made to arrive to the final result : made by amazing craftmen who engraved my illustration on the blue Dacryl wall. It is exactly how I imagined it despite the numerous technical parameters ! Firt I designed a pencil drawing on paper, then translate it in a vectorised design, making some renders on photoshop to simulate the results once it will be engraved and enlightened by optic fiber coming from above.Chaumet has serious archives with plenty of patterns and designs. The design has been created starting from one of them, a leaf model. I was asked to adapt and imagine a design to give the feeling of a magical tree with the wind that makes dance the branches.
